You got a very nice start there, 210cm is very very very nice and gives you great opportunities!
A pair of Oscars wouldt be a nice start.And a large pleco, although some wouldn't recommend Plecos with other big fish, but mine are getting along fine.
If I was you, I'd look at the Pseudacanthicus-species like my avatar.
They're Monster!
If you haven't got one, I'd consider getting a sump-filter.
Very efficient for sucha large tank!

I asked about a sump, but I'm not too keen to be drilling any holes!
Unfortunately, can't spend a lot on the pleco (spent it all on the tank! Haha), partner wants one, so some of the fancy ones are out.
