I'd say that the reason why there are more predatory sites now, because it's the NEXT LEVEL of FISHKEEPING! Hobbyists such as us, are branching off into a whole different category. Predatory. Oddball, Aggressive, Mean, Rare, Etc. "MONSTER FISH KEEPERS" applies to all of the above... and that is what the main difference is between MFK and the other sites.

It's the choice of fish that WE choose to keep that is what is uniting us hobbyist/keepers/enthusiasts together. It seems that more and more hobbyists today are going more towards in that direction of the hobby... which is why this site is growing bigger and bigger everyday!! Enjoy your stay here, Lighter!
