Pulchra are stunning fish, especially with the blues that come out on their fins... I only have one in my tank, and noticed that when he got to a certain size his aggression really increased, so you may have a small amount of time to source more before they start getting really nasty to each other... (note this is personal experience from a single pulchra kept with snails, not other fish)
