Thank you for your reply, I do a 15% water change every other day and gravel vac every time, hopefully this will be enough to keep him/her happy. I kept oscars when I was younger so I know how messy they are for sure . So the general feeling then is that it'd be best to rehome the jag? My Oscar and EBJD have much more personality so I would be sad to see them go. Thanks Jexnell, this is my first EBJD but they are such a beautiful fish, you can't see it on the picture but he has a really nice green flip inbetween the blue, almost like pearlescent paint on a car

I'm going to agree in general about the Jag. However if it turns out to be a female with a somewhat Placid mentality it could work. Great looking tank and welcome
