Hi guys new here

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Uncommon for a flowerhorn x vieja. It would have more distinct traits such as a rounded face. Still very young and the color is right so maybe. It has good pearls a nice flower line

Does he have a potential for big kok? He is only 2-2.5 inches and very active

Feed him well and have good water conditions. He has potential so long as he is well taken care of I recommend feeding Grand Sumo red

Ok thanks I'll try grand sumo red. I am feeding him now humpy head

Humpy head is a good food as well. Ive used grand sumo for a long time and i love the quality I've had good result.
It seems that grand sumo is not available in our place but I really wanted to try it. What other fish food can I give to my flowerhorn? I also have thai silk about 2 inches size

I wouldn't feed anything other then pellets to the thai, they are the most sensitive out of all flowerhorn. Frozen uncooked(perfered) shrimp/scallops and tilapia mix. If u like supplements you cant tey pink plus. Garlic is also good for the immune system thw thai will benefit from it.

My flowerhorn spend more time in the dark because I leave home in the morning and go home around 8pm and i live alone. Does it affect my flowerhorn color? it seem his color turns light and kok shrink but he had white spot and eating normally and active.

Flowerhorns pick on everything...never had much luck with plecos regardless of size with them... I have one big male that thinks he is a calm community fish but that's the only one over the years..
