Hi, I have a red dragon flowerhorn. Can you please help me grade it and tell me what i can do to improve it's looks? Im a newbie thanks

"Dirt on the ground" as you call it is usually poop or uneaten food. Yes, suck that stuff out during a water change. What filter are you running on this 50 gallon???? Also, don't use a parrot fish to "enrich color" Its not really healthy for either fish. Best color on a Flowerhorn comes from good diet, good genes, good water, and good lights.
 
Oh i see...ive heard people scoop out poop or uneaten food from the ground with a net, isit better that way? Im using fluval 206 filter...

No, the best way is with a Python Water Changer. Its a hose that connects to your sink and you can suck out old water, food, and waste. Then you turn a knob and it will reverse the water flow for you to fill your tank back up. You should get one if you dont already have one.
 
I use a small bit of tubing attached to a long chopstick for routine daily vacc'ing of poop. Run the other end out to a small cup I have and I can easily suck up and poop or leftover foods. Keeps the maintenance low and also lets me track bowel movements.
