Make her owner of the company and responsible for everything.
Than offer to help her, it's easy.
By the way she was not cleaning tanks but we were cutting the pipes for the filter systems and over flows. After I cut them , she cleans them with the vacume cleaner. If you don't do that you will still find those white crums after months still in your tanks.
And you didn't come with us to the fish house and the after party at my house after the meeting????? So you are part fold that I'm still drinking all those import beers that I stocked up for the after party. Shame on you (but Thank you
