wow, I am impressed that you have the 327 in a condo! And yes, one thing about fishkeeping, you always wish your tank was bigger haha. I am jealous of your 327 as it is!
Here is what you have: 10 severums ,10 uarus ,9 festivums,10
geophagus ,20 black skirt tetras,9 electric blue acaras,14 giant Danio , 7spotted silver dollars,7 clown loaches a few featherfin s and plecos,5 parrot cichlids
Here is an example of realistic long-term stocking
5 severums
5 uaru
4 festivum
6 geopagus
6-9 acaras
8 giant danios
You can play with it a bit, more of your favorite fish and less of others, you can change it around to what you like. But you are going to want around 50% of the number of large fish that you have. I wouldn't bother with the 75 gallon, it will only fit 3-4 of the large cichlids, and will be more effort to take care of that it's worth (and you will still have too many fish). I hope this helps, sorry it's not what you want to hear, but it's for the best trust me! Easy thing to do would be to sell the fish now while small, before you are too attached and while stores will take all the fish.
