I would love and have the money for such a tank but not the space as we live in a condo 5th floor the size of our condo is only 55 square meters huhu

wow, I am impressed that you have the 327 in a condo! And yes, one thing about fishkeeping, you always wish your tank was bigger haha. I am jealous of your 327 as it is!
Here is what you have: 10 severums ,10 uarus ,9 festivums,10 geophagus ,20 black skirt tetras,9 electric blue acaras,14 giant Danio , 7spotted silver dollars,7 clown loaches a few featherfin s and plecos,5 parrot cichlids

Here is an example of realistic long-term stocking
5 severums
5 uaru
4 festivum
6 geopagus
6-9 acaras
8 giant danios

You can play with it a bit, more of your favorite fish and less of others, you can change it around to what you like. But you are going to want around 50% of the number of large fish that you have. I wouldn't bother with the 75 gallon, it will only fit 3-4 of the large cichlids, and will be more effort to take care of that it's worth (and you will still have too many fish). I hope this helps, sorry it's not what you want to hear, but it's for the best trust me! Easy thing to do would be to sell the fish now while small, before you are too attached and while stores will take all the fish.

Oh I guess will wait for them to grow up a bit I have the space for a 5 foot guess will put some of the inhabitants there I was Gona put an arowana there but my cichlids come first Hehe

Now my uncle has a 9 feet tank he's not using his old silver arowana just died he's willing to give it to me but we just don't have the space:(

Hmm, 9 foot tank would be awesome! And 5 foot won't be large enough for an arowana anyway, might as well put cichlids in there. How many gallons is the 5 foot, 110? you could put 6-7 of the cichlids in there... still leaves you with too many in the 327, but it is a start.

Ah, that tank is a 180 gallon. You can put some of the cichlids in there, probably don't want more than 7- 8 max of the the larger species in there long term though. Either way I think your best bet at this working would be to sell off around half or 1/3 of your fish. You have some time to think about it and figure things out.
Best of luck to you!

I totally agree. Your current tank (using the OP) would need a 100% water change more than once a day, so realistically, you should remove at least half of your OP plan. Uaru, geophagus, acaras and severums imo would be a better group to coexist if no chocolates were around.
