For me it was was 7-10 days. I was say they held the fry in their mouths for 4 days. Eggs in the mouth for 2-3 before they hatched. And even when the egg sack is gone they parents held em occasionally too.
Maybe because I had lots of fish in the tank and they didn't feel safe to let them be out. Would likely be less mouth brooding time if just the pair by themselves imo.

10 days is about right in my experience. Eggs to spitting. My tank was overstocked as well so that could have delayed things.
I actually had 1 pair where the male was sterile. The eggs would fungus on the rock after a few days and then the pair would eat them (presumably - someone ate them).
