Hi everybody, I'm a new person. I just set up a 29 gallon tank 2 weeks ago and I hope to become a keeper of really big goldfish. I have 2 Ryukins and an Oranda. Growing up, my brother kept a Jack Dempsey, an Oscar and a Jewel Cichlid so that's where I got my love for big fish. I don't mind that they ate goldfish! I just like the fancy goldfish more than the cichlids, although they are cool too. Anyway, nice to have found a group of people who are dedicated to the big guys.

I love the big fish Especially Oscars as far as big goldfish go sorry not for me i'm afraid the only time i ever bought a goldfish was for my daughter and as feeders for my Oscars. I'll be getting my new 6 footer 150gal in a week or so it will be housing an Arowana and some other biggie's not sure what else yet can't wait but i'll be posting pictures as soon as i get them all.

That's awesome, a six foot tank and an arowana. I really like some of the fancier Oscars, like the tigers. Looking forward to seeing the pics.
