I heard about these forums from the forums at www.fishinthe.net . They look great! Lots of complex stuff here, as I have not yet had the chance to dive into the great hobby of digital photography. I'm looking forward to it though [smilie=laugh.gif]

I was wondering though, are these phish a rating sortof thing? If not, what are they?

Welcome Pyro! I think the "phish" thing just keeps track of how many posts and pics you've contributed. I think you get like 2 for a post with pics and 1 for a post without pics. I'll trade all mine for a new flash..., any takers?!

d'Oh! [smilie=doh.gif] Anyway, maybe you should get extra for submitting pics! More fish pics is always a good thing! Although I'm still unclear on what the use of "phish" is in the first place...
