I was thinking about pvc. I might run to home depot this weekend and see what I can come up with

Torched PVC works really well for perches, and looks good if done right. However, you'd have a lizard slip and slide if you used it for hides........Been there, done it, and I'm sure I'm still on the poop list for it...........
