Anyone have any recommendations for a high LPs air pump for a moving bed that needs to move 2 cubic feet of k1 media? I'm looking for something that won't break in a few months. Thanks!

I use an AP100 Pondmaster. Very cheap to rebuild, very cheap to buy and not too noisy. Many folks will recommend a linear pump but they cost double or triple for the same output and if they need rebuilt it costs as much as an AP100.

I bought an eco plus 1 air pump off ebay. It's still going strong after 1 year and is surprisingly quiet and tiny for the output.

I have it running the entire fish room. It was $99

Are alita pumps that much better than the others?

I can't find anything about the LPM on a pondmaster AP-100. It's affordable, but I need about 100 LMP of air. Two cubic feet is a LOT of media haha.

i think that is the same on I got off ebay 5 years ago, has been tied up the greenhouse since and still runs well on warm days.

I use the ap100 in a 180 gallon sump that has around 1/3 filled with k-1. It has a mean boil with 10 large airstones.

I have a Alita AL-40 running 15 double stack #4/5 ATI sponges with 3 lines running 10' into the other room for aging barrels and still have plenty of more air to use!
