140g = 1/2 Motoro.
Nitrate removers will not help you.. and likely stress out your sensitive fish.
You could try doing daily water changes of 50% or more, but that can stress out your fish too..
140g is not very big for the fish you are trying to keep.. 1 Ray, maybe 2 Max.. and that's only short-term as 140g is not even close to the size of tank you will need to house them for life..
The other predators make the problem even worse..
Your over-filtration is great for breaking down all that ammonia, but unclean canister filters can act as a nitrate factory with your insane bio-load.
Maybe design a drip-system/flow through system so you are getting 24/7 fresh water.. Even then, all those fish will outgrow that tank in no time at all.
