High pH in tank... low in tap water

You can use Beckett's chlorine & chloramine remover, one 16oz bottle=$6=190 WCs @10g a WC = 3 cents a WC 
Then use stress zyme for added bacteria and stress coat for any problems with stress and/or slime coat. About the cheapest system I've found.
And if your fish tolerate it well, thro in some aquarium salt at about half the recommended rate.
All my fish live well on this formula inspite of me.
Only problems I have are with addopted fish, but they go into quarentine tanks till I'm sure they're ok.
