dr exum its brown algae which I don’t think UV is great with. Im going to probably try probiotics again. I also think I want to switch to stuffing the shrimp with NLS. He refused NLS which is why I use massivore.

does he not try to bite you when you are cleaning alge? gotta put up some post pics with him in his clean new digs ?

I’ll take some pics this weekend. Need to do more stuff on the tank anyway. He’s tame for an aimara. He randomly hits the tank going after my wife or the dog. Usually when I do tank maintenance he just goes to the other side. This past time he attacked my cleaning stick at first then just avoided it.

I keep the tank temp at 77 which I think is lower than most. I suspect that reduces aggression. Great thing is anytime I come to the room he comes out to me, follows me around. When it’s feeding time I comes and sits at the top of the tanking waiting for his food.
