Hikari Cichlid Gold Sinking?

So your saying go with the hikari? I just dont want to waste my money again like i did with the nls...

Hikari is a pretty good brand of fish food. I can't guarantee anything, but they have an outstanding reputation as a company for some reason & I highly doubt it is for a bad reason.

I use a mix of food for my fish but hikari has always treated me well and my fish love it. I use NLS and I noticed it makes my water cloudy too, only the thera-a for some reason, the Med and cichlid NLS doesn't. I'm actually about to buy a bag of sinking gold and floating. My SA/CA, Africans, natives and bichirs all LOVE it :] I also use omega1

Oh yeah totally forgot to mention. The sinking will soften up eventually, and it stays intact fairly well for my bichirs.

The reason for the "Thera A" formula making the water cloudy might be because it contains higher levels of an abstract found in garlic, NLS uses this abstract in almost all their formulas, but it is the "Thera A" formula that contains the highest levels.
