HIKARI FOOD STICKS "OR" AZOO 9IN1 ARO STICKS ????

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I've tried both Hikari and Azoo with no good results. My aro just won't touch prepared foods, even after almost 3 weeks of starving. Packages just collecting dust and still full.

Eventually, I gave up and because I didn't want to stunt it's growth being only 10" and feed SW/MP diet.
Sometimes, I slip a hikari pellet inside the SW, but 50% of the time, aro will spit the pellet out when he chews.

I am having the same problem with my pbass. it's like they would rather die than eat pellets.

Taining stubborn Pbass can be fun LOL...

I feed mine azoo too but it took my baby jar a week to get use to it. Now he gulp it down pretty nicely. I also hear azoo intensify the coloration of the aro's, i only heard this but if it does it even better =). It cheap and nice and most fish will eat it, even my angelfish try to swallow it whole with her/his little mouth lol.

go to drsfostersmith.com and order all your need together and you save on shipping so in that case it cheap as hell. I got $60 worth of different food and aquarium supply for 9.99 shipping charge.

Thats what i do..i get the big pound and a half of Azoo ..a few jugs and all the other fish items i need in one order..

Well i'm gonna go on drfostersmith.com when i get a few different things i need, i just picked up my jar's food a couple of days ago so maybe in the next couple of weeks i can try out the azoo.

You should buy a small container to see if you both like it first..:D and best way to start the Azoo while you still have the other food to break him into slowly instead of changing it fast. as with any staple food.I like Foster & Smith also because they carry dogs, cats, birds and horse stuff and pond supplies too.. at below market prices.. and they are polite and efficient..with your order. :D

cool !! I'll have to check out the dog stuff too being i have 2., yea i know i can't just up and switch, do you know of any chain stores that sell AZOO ???

I will go for hikari foodstick. Alternatively you can go for hikari bio gold for cichlid:)
