It won't be the last time you hear people ragging on petsmart on this forum. If you decided not to read my post..

Print this page off http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2754931

and take it to your manager, she will price match it. Then you don't have to pay for shipping or wait for it.

Dont use Cichlid Staple....My cichlids didnt like it.....I just lost my big GT...because he would not eat the food...then he just stoped eating everything!!!!!!!!
Use bio gold and biogold+!!!!!!
another good food is New Life Spectrum!!!!!!!!

For cichlids I found the following to be a better quality food:

http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753178

Again I consider this one as cereal:
Ingredients: fish meal, wheat flour, wheat-germ meal, flaked corn

If your looking to keep your Herbivores in top shape, my 2 cents I would use:

Dainichi CICHLID - Veggie Deluxe Sinking
1st three Ingreients- Kelp, white fish meal, soybean meal

I agree BioGold is the best pellet but they also need fresh food like mussels, shrimp, worms, crickets, peas, zuchinni and that sort of stuff. Gotta keep those intestines moving :-)
