Hikari Bio-Gold +, Massivores make your water and fish room smell, and no, i'm not over feeding, i've added a few Massivores, and they still stink up my water.

Just my opinion.

Agreed!

I always used the small size bio gold to get my small cichla on pellets and have had great results in growth and color with no bad oder. I've recently switch over to bio gold + and this stuff is crack! It's a truely amazing formula. It's true that your fish actually produce less waist and it is a rapid growth formula. Steroids for fish, but in reality I really hope there is no growth hormones in it lol.

A little tip, If your pbass will only hit the pellets and spit them out, slightly wet them first and then try feeding them to your cichla. For some reason (most likely because their main diet in the wild is fish) cichla aren't too fond of the hard texture of pellets at first, but if you wet them it will help your cichla to accept them.

Good Luck

I have also had the most luck with the food sticks. I think it is because they soften in the water the fastest. Just be patient it will happen

I feed massivore, carnivore, gold, sinking gold, and sticks to all my fish.
My pitt bull loves the occational massivore treat as well.
I think ill give the bio a try.

2x

I have fish who love Massivore, and I have fish, from the same species who don't.

I have fish who only like to eat floating stuff, no matter how I try

I have bought bass that had nothing but live for over a year and I got them to carnivore, sticks, and bio gold plus in two weeks. I feed bio gold plus as my staple. I could not be happier with it. It does not have too bad of a smell and it will not burn a hole in the wallet. Every three bass that I have will go through a bag of it a month. Not the little bags either. The water stays clean with a wc every week to week and a half. Cant ask for better than that with the amount they eat.
