I saw them been sold in the LFS over here in singapore. But I did not get any. From the look of it, it's just the same stuffs as the tropical foodstick except bigger in size.

hey koji.. thanks.. ya the hikari usa site does not have any info on it yet.. guess its only sold this side of the world.. the site suggests its like some massivore delite types for arowanas.. just wondering if i should pick it up.. but the breakup of the protein/ash/fat all are the same except the jumbo sticks list phosphorous.. hmmmm..

I feel it's just different in term of size.

I cant say anything about arowanas but all my oscars love these and mine are picky eaters. They climb over each other to get to them. My knifefish also likes them. I crumble the broken ones and feed them to my cichlids who grab a piece and run away with it. My guess is that if you're a fish, these taste good.

Very expensive also. They are bigger but you get less by weight. :screwy:

This stuff is more expensive then feeding your fish Premium filet by the lb.

pretty old thread guys.. :) but thanks anyways.. i actually went with my usual hikari tropical food sticks.. and i did see some.. rather lot of longer and fatter pellets in the batch that i purchased.. who knows they are jus mixing up everything and chargin a lil extra for the so called carnisticks..
