  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
depends what particular product I'm useing.. but generally favor Omega one. my "staple" is a mix of NLS/Omega/HIkari. BUt I'm not adverse to picking up something and looking at the ingredient lists and trying it if it looks promiseing.

.... NLS best, Xtreme coming up, then Omega. But some HBH foods are decent.

What is this Xtreme? I Googled it and the website has a list of what they call a "pantry of ingredients" but not an acutal list of what is in each food they offer. Do you have more info on detailed ingredients and guaranteed analysis?

Burt :)

I prefer omega one as well.

And just to correct a misconception, meals are not just the bones, they are the whole items minus any water content. Meals are a good ingredient to use, but it's also debatable, since any heating they do (which is required for the making of "all" pellets) removes nutritional content.

I feed homemade gelfood. It has fresh ingredients, and makes a HUGE difference in my fish, even compared to the highest quality pellet available.
