Hikari sinking carnivore pellet stench?

Anyone using the above to feed their bichirs? The water in my office tank has this stench which I believe is coming from the pellets. I'm skeptic to feed the same pellets to the 2 other albino sens in my room. Will I have to resort to live feeders to avoid the stench. Kindly advise thank you.

pellets can stink but u dont gota switch 2 live feeders u can feed worms and many diff frozen foods

I haven't noticed the smell and I feed predominately scp.

Yep. Mine would stench when it stay longer than 5 minutes in my tank. But if my fish would eat all of them in less than 3 minutes then it doesn't stench.

x2 I wish Hikari would refine this product to take the smell away. We should write a feedback to Hikari so they can see it as room for improvements.

the Bichirs need a strong smell to find that little pellet and thats how they sence there food at lest one of the ways.
