Just got the sinking pellets in the mail today.

tell me about it lol. I have to distract my oscar with floating pellets on one side of the tank while dropping in the sinking pellets on the other, otherwise he gobbles them all up.

My bichirs also have somewhat of a hard time finding the sinking pellets too (they are the same color as my substrate and blend in very well lol), but they will sniff them out after a couple minutes. I'm sure it also has to do with the fact it's a new food and they aren't used to it yet.

Dude, you can also use sinking cichlid gold too. My del loves them and it's cheaper.
