How do you gut load crickets, and what food do you use?

I usually stick an orange or some other fruit/veggie in with them for a few hours. I also make it a habit to remove the water from the cage a day before hand so they're hungry/thirsty and gorge themselves.

After a chunk of time has passed (hour+) I feed them to the fish.

I know haha i cant wait!!!! by the time my peacock bass get big enough to go into my 120gallon the arows are gona be bigger than 18" so i'll have to put them in the pond
