Yes, I have a copy here. But the pics are very bad and only black and white.
Frank Schäfer from Aqualog told me that he asked for a copy with color pics, but the price would be some hundred $ so he did not order it, he has only the b/w copy.
But this is the most complete revision to date with many morphometric messurements and black and white drawings of dentition and other stuff. Distribution maps of all species, and it include the description of the new genus and species plesiotrygon iwamae.

Another good read is JAAS Volume VII 1995.
There was a Symposium on the Biologie of Freshwater Elasmobranchs in 1992 and the JAAS Volume consist of the papers presented at this meeting.
