Histrix, Argentina, and AquaLog.

Here is a pic of Nariju's Ray and StefanW rays.. both I suspect to be the "True" Argentina Histrix (This is what the original scientific data most represents).. notice the body structure and small size of maturity(12").

While there is also the "True" Histrix, which should be called Potamotrygon cf. Histrix "Rio Negro", and the "False" Peruvian Histrix..

I dont think they are the same ray at all.

The eye and spiracle structure of Nariju's ray is different then stefans and totally unique IMO.

So who can help me obtain some general knowledge, here. I have been studying up on stingrays for about two months now, and am preparing the tank now. I am looking to get one or maybe two within the next couple of weeks. Anyone know something I may not have learned online? Its really hard to find breeders online, and where I live there is only one fish store that sells them. Is it better to get them breeders? Just looking for some general knowledge, that only people who own them would be able to give me.... PLEASE HELP!!!!
