HITH again....

I have 2 x 10" oscars in a 75 and for 2years they had mild HITH that
seemed like it was going away. I did 30% water changes twice a week
but recently cut down to 25% twice a week and now the HITH is
gettting worst again.

Do I have to go back to 30% or maybe more twice weekly to keep these
oscars?

man you should be doing 50% water changes twice a week

HITH is Hole In The Head. And to the creator of this thread,what do you feed your O's?What kind(GPH rating) of filtration are you running?Are there any other tankmates? I hope you don't feed your guys feeders.
