hith??? help!!!

Took a look at my O today very closely and notice a spot on his head.

Is this a heater burn or hith !!??? here are some pics will take some better ones later..

The ones by his eye look like sensory pits, the one on his forehead looks like a scrape. Do you have any decorations he could have bumped? Id just keep an eye on it, if it doesnt get any better or gets worse id start doing daily 25% water changes and adding melafix (or brand of your choice) just to keep any secondary infections away.
