Yeah that's what I'm doing. He's eating alright. And when I got he already had these patches on his face. So you know bad maintenance in the fish store. It's been 3 years since he cleaned his aquarium

I agree tom, I would up the water change to fin level,(90%) esp since once a week.

I'm not familiar with that med but like I said before try just clean water and a clean tank.

just to follow up, to be on the safe side i would a course of melafix and pimafix, this will not cure HITH, but will help prevent secondary infection.

Pops this is the only medicine we have in Pakistan and I think this is the fish last hope. Why do I see white patches on my parrot cichlids head

Not HITH looks like fungus. Use the med you have for it, just follow the instructions on the package as I am not familiar with it.
