in a house
I'm 16 ( 11th grade ), will be turning 17 in march. The girl I like is 15 (10th grade ) will be turning 16 in september, shes not aloud to date till shes 16. Say I was to go out with her before hand, and her parents found out, could I get into trouble with the law or anything? like if she told her parents she was out at her friends house but instead she was with me at dinner?

Just curious :)

Her folks might get a restraining order :WHOA:

Nah... And remember the best place for a date is some random little kids mcdonalds birthday party... Mainly because you get some ice cream cake.

At 17, you could be charged as an adult in legal proceedings. Especially where another minor is involved. And keep in mind that her parents were once 16 too. Don't assume they're clueless to how a 16 year old may think and scheme.

so i'm in the clear?

the only problem is, if we date for a year, i'll end up turning 18 and she will still be 16 turning 17 O.o

o well thats in the future i'll worry about that later.

so am I in the clear for dating, or is it a no go.
