Damn!! didn't know such a plastic holder can have such cutting effect to cause such holes!!
At least this dude is still alive..this is what it all matters...I got a SH that died swallowing a powerhead strainer...for whole 2 weeks..struggling to live...finally..gave up...

Thats a bummer, hope the cat is alright. My big balas bump into those too only rips a scale or two off though.
Damm that cat is lucky to be alive. I find that catfishes will swallow anything. Some things even impossible to swallow. It is a easy task for them.
