berserker I have never heard of an african pike. info and/or picks? do they act just like other pikes? if so they are probably too aggressive.

ended up getting 2 more leopard cten last night. petsmart had some that looked fat and healthy so I couldnt resist. so thats 3 total. the krib is going back to the store (see other thread).

I would order online but its too expensive. i cant afford to just throw away 90+. i can do it gradually over time but not all in one chunk. I got food to buy and bills to pay haha.
 
a pack of Ctens is awesome I have 9 ctens and they get along fine. They become more social or outgoing and don't hide as much when theres a pack of them just like African Brown Knifes I got 5 of them and they are very active compared to just having 1 that hides all the time.

i still have four. they mainly just fight with each other. well... the big one chases everyone, the the three smaller ones fight each other for dominance

but the bigger one is the one that hides the most. odd


oh andhowbig is your tanks with 9 cten and 5 abk???
 
I have a 75 gal. I know it's pushing it with those fish, but for now they get 40-50% water changes weekly and they have enough hiding spots for everyone. After time I noticed they work everything out the big cten still is pushy but mainly hides alot. I'd like to get a 125 for a permanent home for them.
