Tench and bream can be adapted slowly as can the carp, I doubt the esox could, don't know about eels or roach. Trout and salmon would quickly die in a troplcal tank.
 
Dan what treatment did you end up using?

I also meant could you put the native uk fish in a warm water tank not the leo ray :).

No not a good idea to subject our native fish to warm water the warmest i'd say would be around 73 to 75 degrees F.

if you were to keep our native fish al you would need to take out is the heater as it's not required.

INTERPET anti-crustacean parasite treatment

The bloke in my LFS said that it was the best thing to use and after a 3 days i HAVE seen a difference in my Marble Goby's (Hock) behaviour he's not Flicking & rubbing his body off of the gravel or rocks anymore his gills are no longer pale and i can only see one more parasite on his body the stuff must be working as he is also eating now .
