I am thinking about getting a HOB as a 2nd filter on my tank.. current i have 1 w/d running.

Which HOB filter is good.. tank is 125 G

I agree on the AC, but why would you like to add another filter. Are you not getting the clarity you would like from the w/d?

I am adding a 2nd filter, because I think i am a little over stocked for my tank..

water is clear.

yep try the ac 500 its the most powerful hob filter with the must media compacity

I am doomed, I measured the space behind my tank, its only 6"

I guess AC or Emperor wont fit

whats my other option? I try not to go with a canister.

I have 1 Rio32HF pumping a w/d with 10 Gallons of bioballs.

My fishes eat too much

I just measured how much it sticks out, just under 4.5" you're good.

If you can get the AC, do it. I love AC filters. You can put any media you want in there.
