Hey was wondering if the plants from hobby lobby “made in china” plastic plants are still ok those days to use in the fish tanks? Many of the plastics are from china on the label marketed for fish tanks anyways or is there something I need to be more careful about? Am making a cave out of PVC for the fire eels and was going to wrap and or glue plants around it so it gives them a major feel of being concealed in their future 125g tank.

heres what I found that was potential plant type of material to try. FCD3AEDB-5DF4-4ED3-A750-859E6F099674.jpegE8497661-F269-4279-8AA8-868E015A49E4.jpeg

I believe a very large percentage of artificial plastic aquarium decorations are made in China.
Not sure about quality control there.
Although much more expensive, be a good idea to buy name brand aquarium specific plastic plants if the Hobby Lobby stuff worries you.

Agree with the above. Plastics coming out of China not specifically for aquaria...might contain BPA and contaminants such as lead & arsenic.
