GOD's country Arcadia Fl. Chasing mollies
Before I started collecting for my native tank, I collected fossils in the Peace river, here in Arcadia Fl.
This part of the river is about 35 miles from the harbor (Charlotte harbor) where the peace river meets the Gulf of Mexico.

My fossil rake often bought up, what I assumed was baby flounderWIN_20170310_20_42_22_Pro.jpg Evidently, they are small brackish flounder. I caught one and it lasted for 5 days in my 5 gallon This appears to be max size. Anyone had these with any success?

Someone here posted their setup a little while back with this species as well as others. I cant find it though.

Look in the brackish section.

They supposedly grow from 4 -8 inches.
Need 40 gallons minimum.
Eat meaty foods such as krill, bits of earthworms, bits of fish etc.
Must have brackish water.
