They’ve been acting exactly like other corys but there’s 1 big difference I’ve noticed, these things are extremely active and when they’re hungry they go to the top of the water for food which most corys I’ve ever kept always ate sinking pellets but these guys go straight to the top.

My cories darted at the top at feedings and sometimes just to do it.

Yea these guys go up for air every now and then like every other Cory but I’ve never seen one that eats from the top of the water.

Hognose are a giant among dwarfs lol. I was also wondering, since corys are schooling fish, if I were to get like 5 smaller corys then would they school with the hognose and if so then would it look like two big fish with the smaller ones around them? I think it’d look awesome but not sure if it works like that lol

Cories usually like to stick with their own species or colors.
