They may not have been fertilized. Sometimes it takes a few practice runs for them to spawn successfully.
Otherwise she may have been harassed and spat them.
Or it may only be a few eggs and her pouch is not being pushed down by the eggs, keep an eye on her for a few minutes and you may see that she still has them.
I had a few Sp44 females who looked like they were no longer clutching and and day or two later her pouch was full again, Sometimes she will re-position them in her mouth and they dont take up as much space for a while.
