My water is perfect my LFS is crappy but the only one and I will try to post pics tomorrow but she is to skittish to get any pics yet I justt got her a couple hours ago and she looks terrible her scales look bad she has the beginning of ich and of course hith so I am trying to nurse her back to health but pics will be up tomorrow

Although there is no "exact" cause for hith, there are a few things linked to fish that develop it. Poor water quality, poor food quality, prolonged exposure to fungus, bacterial infections, even parasites such as hexamita to name a few. If i were you, i would take a multifaceted approach and treat for a couple things at once.
A common treatment for infection with hexamita includes the addition of the antibiotic metronidazole to the treatment tank housing the infected fish. Water quality must be closely watched, and the water quality adjusted to the exact standards required for the fish. Improving nutrition by adding fresh or frozen meaty foods or vegetables in the form of seaweed strips, snow peas, or lightly steamed broccoli may help.
Hith does cause scarring, and they will remain visible on the fish until the day it dies, but you can provide a great living A common treatment for infection with Hexamita includes the addition of the antibiotic metronidazole to the treatment tank housing the infected fish. On a side note, if I had to guess as to why the poor guy has hith, I would say that the previous owner, keeping it in a 5 gallon tank, allowed the fish to end up with poor water quality which cause him stress and lastly fed it nothing but feeders which is also very unhealthy. Those 3 in combination is a sure-fire way to get hith.
