hole in the head in red severums need help

looks like it is getting worse i have moved 5 of them about a week or so ago to a 55 gal and where i treated them. i did a complete penicillin dosage and nothing i have the carbon out of the tank and feeding them vitamin food i need help should i buy the Metro + and try that? please respond
