what about treating with metronidzole. that is what my LFS suggested.
I had a BB totally stress my O and my tank had high GH also and she has a few HITH spots. The GH is normal normal in my big tank (has been for at least a week or two.)

I put her in a hospital tank 4 days ago, raised the temp to 83 f, the LFS suggested treating with met-zole, I am going to do a water change today. any other suggestions.

she was in a 125 gal (6 ft). *now in a hospital tank, alone
her size is 8-10 inches

am I doing ok. any suggestions.
 
The Mono in the picture in at least 5 years old and has a length of 20 Inches, and is swimming in a 470g Tank with rays. Ill see if i can get Melafix from my local Vet as none of teh LFS have even heard of it.

Threating a fish this big can be difficult specially In a big tank that size. Hopefully the rays will be ok with the meds. Threating a tank that size can be a pain for the pocket. You will need lots of meds. Personally I would just feed her more + higher temp. Make her happy she will heal on her own. Hopefully everything works out for u. O_O!! goodluck.
