I learned by the end of my sophomore year to get it done in advance... This way I could alway have thirsty Thursdays free...

I was never waiting to the last moment to finish anything and my grades went up... I went from always missing the deans list or getting a 3.0 to never missing the deans list and almost getting 4.0

Plus when people had last minute fun things I could always go...

I tell my students the advantages and they are starting to understand...

Plus I had more time for all the other things, fraternity, gf, weekends, work full time...(had three jobs once too)...

I would not have put you as a teacher...

What did he say that was not a word?

Fornight, lol. Unless it's some kind of foreign slang that I don't know about.

Forenight and fortnight are words, but I don't think either of them mean what he thinks they mean.

While it would be nice if something was suddenly due a fortnight later, no one mentioned a time frame of two weeks in the thread.

Forenight, a word I've never heard or seen used in actual conversation, is apparently "The evening between twilight and bedtime." according to dictionary.com.

I ignore misspellings, but that was a total misuse of whatever word was meant, so I couldn't let it go. :grinno:
