I don't really understand what you mean, the boat usually about 30 feet long and anyone in the boat can take a picture!so if its real, whose taking the photothey would have to be 5-6 feet out & adjacent to the boat.

yeah its a tour boat, hold your camera over the rail and snap it on burst.
its neat..and iv seen them do this in other pics and even on video
but this pic looks like the head was made to look bigger. I mean its a big croc no doubt but look at the line here the top if his head connects with the blue sky..and up by the pole..just kinda looks off like it was made to look bigger than it really was.

1. The ripples would form a circle going outwards, the waves wouldn't travel towards the camera
2. The people are looking slightly to left of croc
3. Completely off scale. it s head would have to 10ft long if the photo was real
4. The croc missed the meat.. if you've ever seen crocs take jump at meat like this, you'll see they DONT miss.

The shadow and the water movement at the base of the croc are of a much smaller croc than pictured. If you zoom in quite close to the base of the croc, you can see the blur from photoshop where it was enhanced. That croc would not miss a stationary piece of meat.
