I Have gained 50lbs in just 8 months
I spend 6-8 hours a day in the gym. After I get off work (landscaping) I go home, pack 4 meals, and head to the gym untill 12-1 AM.. then I come home and sleep, and repeat. My entire life is spent advancing myself to my goals.
On the weekends, I dont eat pizza and go to clubs.. I make sure I get 12 hours of sleep on my days off, then spend my ENTIRE day off at the gym, usually packing 8 meals or so with me in my locker.
I work out every day, no days off. I get 8-10 hours of sleep on the weekdays and 12 hours on the weekends.
I eat 350-500 grams of protein a day, and between 100-200 grams of carbs. I dont count fats, although I eat a few scoops of natural Peanut butter before bed with a glass of milk.
