Dogo's were bred for "the perfect dog for big game hunting"....Off the top of my head, the dogo breed is a mix of, The now extinct Fighting dog of Cordoba, dogue de bordeaux (sp), Irish wolf hound, Great pyrenees, bull terrier (sp), Great Dane, Spanish Mastif...And some others I missed....Super Awesome dog for sure.

worst we get around here is foxes and cats ( further out west pigs, dingos and wild/feral are common pests

I hate how everyone suggests pit bull terriers, dogos, cane corsos, bull terriers ect. to kill other animals or run them off of your property..Any dog would do that. A few border collies would be great. But if you were to get a dog, the breed would depend on how you plan on keeping it, your climate, and what size you want of course.
Mutts would be fine.
And human (male) urine works just as good as dogs or wolves.. I personally think that the people selling pee online are probably peeing in a bottle and shipping it to you lol
If you don't want to go pee around you yard, ask a friend with male dogs to let them come run around or stay for a few days, as long as they are large.. so if a coy. comes around it cannot kill them..they'll scent mark all over.
My dad had similar problems at his house so we used some bait, a bow, and a red light and problem solved...

So let me swing another look at this predicament. Cats are by your pond? Are these your cats or wild/feral? Coyotes kill the cats that are by your pond? WTF were the cats doing by your pond? Could maybe the coyotes saved your fish?
I know very little about coyotes, but the thought of coyotes saving your fish sounds odd hehehe
You don't even need a "killer" dog with coyotes. You just basically need something with a loud, mean sounding bark. Coyotes would rather not mess with it.

A couple of these will do the trick...I put them up on my sister's pond and no more dead fish...no feeding or care nessasary, and a burst of water will not kill anything...just run them off...

no no guys my neighbors have cats me too but its always indoors but theres comes around my yard and somtimes drinks my pond water and hangs out around my pond and ocassionally coyotes and raccons storm around and well 1week ago the coyotes killed the cat and i found a cat tail and fur in my water and i found a cat/raccon skull on my lawn. well i took your advice and im pissin around my pond ( LOL MARKIN MY TERRITORY!) and hope this dont happen agian.
