how in the hell does the water stay up there........and not just flood out of the 10 or 20 gal tanks it's connected to????????????? pumps.........I'm confused????:confused: ....someone pls explain.......but i think that setup is frickin awesome though!!!

it looks like it works like a syphon, although it's a the water goes from one tank to the other w/ pumps, so as one tank go down a bit the water flows from the other tank and keeps going. wouldn't want to drain it though.
 
Thats awesome..i would love to see how that was put togerther and exactly how it works. Not that i'm gonna try it....cant exactly connect a monster tank to a platy tank :p:screwy:
 
Reminded me of the cat trails around a house too. LOL Its neat, but I just cant imagine. I mean algae and crud forming on it? It would have to! Iw ould be to nervous with all the water being able to rush down a incline if something went off a flood.

It is neat though!
 
i think the concept works like a suction. Its like filling a cup underwater, turning upside down and pullng it up a bit.
