so they dont break apart in water? or any cloudiness? there kinda like pellets but frozen right? man you make me tempted in doing this i do have alot of leftover stuff

They will break apart if they thaw too long. I give them a little squeeze and they'll flatten a bit but the core is intact. They tend to sink faster when thawed. No cloudiness in the water, you will get particles when your Aro slams down on it. I have some Clown Loaches and a Pleco that take of the small stuff. These cubes are nearly identical to the San Francisco brand Frozen Beef Heart cubes, just a bit smaller. My Silver Aro can fit 2 cubes in his mouth with no problem. Trying using one of those Slap choppers and make a couple of small cubes in the corner of a plastic sandwich bag to start.

how did u fit an aro in a snow globe?!! its beautiful!

I grabbed his head and tail and stretched him real thin....
Just kidding! My LFS has bubble wands that are about 3 feet long and they make a nice steady, slow, stream of large bubbles. I placed it dead center in my tank. All my fish love it!

BEAUTIFUL!!

Here's a video of my XB eating a similar mixture. I use the Magic Bullet and grind it into a paste. Then I freeze it in ziploc bags about 1/4" thick and break off pieces as needed. I started doing this because it was a pain in the butt to stuff his food with pellets every time so I just blended it all together. Eventually, when he is full grown, I'll 100% pellet train him.
