Home made food, anyone else?

how often do you guys feed your monsters.... i mean 2 or 3 times a day or once a day or once every other day...

already a thread on that, but my baby's get it 2 times a day, as they get older i may change it to once per day.

however, no matter what size or age they are, its always good practice to skip a day each week.

Interesting, never thaught of that is it cheaper than store bought?

I'm still using store bought stuff (cichlid & goldfish pellets and the flake I bought 5 months ago) so now my fish are fed about 50/50 on the mix and space filling pellets.

So far everything's lasted longer as a result of this protein rich stuff. One of the main things I like about it is knowing they'll get plenty of vegetable mater (I'm not housing any strick carnivours-except possibly the pikes...and snooks) and they seem to be doing fine.
