i use Omega One Super Color Cichlid Pellets and all the cichlids i have eat them along with algea flakes. they go nuts over them both

I've been feeding my cichlids strictly homemade food for about 6 months or so now , they go.crazy over it. Equal parts
Spinach
Broccoli
Cucumber
Minced garlic
4 prices if raw shrimp
A few spurillina tablets
Add a little aquarium water
Mix up in the magic bullet , pour into ice trays and bam!! Food for months , super healthy cichlids , colorful and active
